Graduating in October 2018 with a degree in Computer Science from a renowned & well reputed "University of Peshawar, Pakistan" , I studied a range of subjects including programming, algorithms, networking, electronics, operating systems, and more. Throughout my academic journey, I explored various aspects of computer science, gaining a broad understanding of foundational concepts and practical skills essential for the field. This diverse education equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to pursue different career opportunities and adapt to the dynamic world of technology.

In KPITB's two-month WordPress course, I gained advanced knowledge and practical training. Topics covered included installation, security, plugins/themes, SEO, database management, migration, backups, and maintenance. This comprehensive curriculum enhanced my proficiency in WordPress and equipped me to tackle real-world challenges confidently.

In a Linux course focusing on Ubuntu 20.04 and CentOS 7, I gained vital sys admin skills crucial for effective server management. This encompassed command-line navigation, user and permission management, package installation and management, system monitoring and troubleshooting, networking configuration, server security, as well as learning Bash and shell scripting, and advancing in Python scripting. Through practical exercises and hands-on labs, I developed a solid foundation in Linux administration, empowering me to handle diverse server environments with confidence.

In my online technical customer service course, I learned essential CSR features such as communication strategies, problem solving, empathetic listening, conflict resolution, and product knowledge. Additionally, I gained insights into utilizing CRM systems for efficient customer interactions. Through practical exercises and case studies, I honed my abilities to provide exceptional technical assistance and ensure positive customer experiences.

At Corvit Systems Peshawar, I took a course on cloud computing covering virtualization, AWS, Azure, and MS Windows Server. With hands-on practice using VMWare Hypervisor and vSphere, I learned to deploy and manage virtual machines effectively, gaining essential skills for modern IT environments.

During my one-month course sponsored by UNDP at Iqra University Peshawar, I received an in-depth introduction to all AWS products. From foundational concepts to practical applications, the course covered a wide array of AWS services, equipping me with the knowledge to understand and utilize various cloud solutions effectively.

During the three-month Advanced Networking course sponsored by NAVVTC at Corvit Systems Peshawar, I learned Cisco router configurations, protocol implementation, VPN setup, and fundamental to advanced networking concepts. Through hands-on training, I gained practical skills to configure routers, implement protocols, and manage VPN networks effectively.

Currently, I'm enrolled in cPanel University courses covering Sales, Fundamentals, and Professional certifications. Next, I plan to pursue WHM Admin, WHM Admin Level 1, and WHM Admin Level 2 certifications, along with courses on Immunify 360, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed Server, and WHMCS. These certifications and courses will enhance my expertise in server administration, security, and web hosting management, equipping me with comprehensive skills to excel in the hosting industry.

Following my cPanel certifications, I am pursuing courses in Plesk University, focusing on Plesk Obsidian Associate, Professional, and Plesk Obsidian Linux Expert certifications. These courses will deepen my understanding of server administration and web hosting management, providing me with a well-rounded skill set to excel in the hosting industry.
